Christmas Time!

Maybe 1 or 2 days ago, my mamma took me shopping! I got presents for everybody but mom! Now all I have to do is go shopping with dad and get her a spectacular present! Yahoooo!


But, Today was the most embarrasing day of my life. What happened? Too bad! But I will say this: I HATE HATE HATE KATELYN CONNORS! That is all you are getting out of me.

Today we had our dress rehearsal and we gave it to the kindagotnrs and Mrs. Porter was trying to find her music and so, Sam walked to the front of the so called stage and said, "Children, we are facing some technical difficulties." Everyone burst out laughing and he ran to the drinking fountain and got a drink because he was laughing so hard, he choked on air. Mrs. Porter was still trying to find her music and once again, Sam walked to the front of the so called stage (again)and said, "We are still facing some technical difficulties." Everyone laughed harder than the first time. He (in my book) is a definite class clown.

Charlie, Charlie, Charlie.

This past week Charlie is kinda scaring me. She put her paw in the toaster and the other paws joined. And she drank out of my cereal bowl and made a meow although she was Misty when she was giving birth. And right now she is exploring the wonders of toilet water I bet. Although, Sylvester does it too. And she rubs on the iron and sniffs the fire in our fireplace. She lives a risky life. Ta ta!

Colonial day/Token day.

Yesterday, our class had token day. It was really fun. My teacher said that we were doing something new and we were doing tokens and if we didn't have enough tokens then we would be able to:

1. Can't go to recess.
2. Can't eat lunch.
3. Can't record grade.

I was devastated.
But then in social studies she asked if there was anything unfair to them. No one said anything. Then finally Mason raised his hand and said, "I think doing tokens was unfair because, me and McKay were only president for 2 days." Mrs. Porter said that she did that to have us know what the colonists felt like. We all laughed at ourselves.


Colonial Day.
Today we had Colonial day! We had Blab School, and it was hilarious!Mrs. Porter said she went to the future to get her own camera and that was the first not serious thing ever! Also we made really good smelling oranges, and we made soap! When we had lunch we had more food than a thanksgiving feast! Because of that, no one wants to eat even a corner of a cracker when they get home. Oh and, my colonial outfit is so darn cute.:D

It's a holly jolly DINOSAUR!

Today, I went to my friend Kendra's party! It was Dino themed, but hey! It was awesome.
First off all we frosted cookies and did crafty stuff. Then we played Musical Dinosaurs and they used the REAL names so It was kinda confusing. Also we had to name the dinos and who ever got the most right got a prize. When we did presents, Kendra got Ker Plunk, Polly Pockets, and stuff to play school. Later on, when me, Sariah(not Celeste's friend)Kendra and Kyana were the only ones there, we played Ker Plunk! Sariah got a jackpot and lost the game and she had over half the marbles! You know, my computer is driving me insane! I made a mistake went back, and the next letter's gone! Gosh!!! See Ya!

Today my sister planned a "sleep-over" with 'Manda cause of the new "Brisinger"." It's a new Eragon". Because of that I have to have to have a fartin' sleepover with Chelsie here. Curse Celeste. I guess it won't be that bad I mean I have The Awsomest game...Sonic!

Helen Keller at the age of 19 months,(not quite 2 years old) was a happy, healthy child. She was already saying a few words. Then she had a high fever which caused her to become deaf and blind. No longer could she see nor hear. She felt lost. She would hang on to her mother's skirt to get around. She would feel of people's hands to try to find out what they were doing. She learned to do many things this way. She learned to milk a cow and knead the bread dough.She could recognize people by feeling of their faces or their clothes.She made up signs with her hands so she could "talk" to her family. She had 60 different signs. If she wanted bread, she pretended to be cutting a loaf. If she wanted ice cream, she would hug her shoulders and shiver.

Helen was a very bright child. She became very frustrated * because she couldn't talk. She became very angry and began to throw temper tantrums * . The family knew they had to do something to help her.They found a teacher named Anne Sullivan. Miss Sullivan herself had been blind, but had an operation and regained her sight. She understood what Helen was feeling.She taught Helen the signs for the letters of the alphabet. Then she would "spell" the words in Helen's hand to communicate * with her.
One day Anne led Helen to the water pump and pumped water on her hand. She spelled the letters W-A-T-E-R as the water ran over Helen's hand. She did this over and over again. At last it dawned on Helen that the word "water" meant the water which she felt pouring over her hand. This opened up a whole new world for her. She ran everywhere asking Anne the name of different things and Anne would spell the words in her hand. This was the key which unlocked the world for her.
She eventually stopped having the tantrums. Anne taught her for years. Helen learned to read Braille * . This was a system of raised dots representing letters. A blind person could read by feeling of the dots.

When she went to college, her teacher Anne went with her and tapped out the words of the instructors into her student's hand. Helen had an amazing memory, and she also had skills very few people have ever been able to develop. She could put her fingers to a person's lips and understand the words which were being spoken.While she was in college she wrote her book called "The Story of My Life". With the money she earned from the book she was able to buy a house.She became famous and traveled around the world speaking to groups of people. She met many important and well-known people as she traveled.Helen Keller was successful because of her determination. However, many people helped her. Today on my first day of school I didn't have a good first 5 minutes, cause while my new teacher
Mrs.Porter just kept blabbin' when my klunky new shoes made made me bleed right above my left shoe. So then I was raising my hand quite violently and again she just kept blabbin'! So it
took awhile till' she closed her zips!(oh ya the font changed because of this pathetic excuse for a $900 laptop!) So then my shoe was quite bloody so I told her and ran to the sink and cleaned up and Mrs.Porter got a band-aid but I am still wearing it!

Later on I found out that I sat right by Emma's teacher Mrs.Connor's daughter Katelyn Connors and I talk to her a lot though: chit chat chit chat chit chat chit chat chit chat chit chat chit chat

JEWLRY thingy ma jigersy and skittles! but ma kinda helped pay. o almost forgot i got a ds charger and acat game called purrpals!!!!

Grandparent fun!

My grandparents are here, and my mom said that they wanted to go camping in Idaho and so I'm really excited and they brought their dog Ginger! I think she's a shih tzu but she is as sweet as a potato chip! Grandma said that she likes one certain food which is kinda funny. My aunt Cheryl is getting married is in October and she's gonna marry a man named Jim. That means vacation for my family! My mom wants a king charles calavier, but my dad dosn't want one because he thinks they are sissy dogs.

Little Fishies!

Yesterday I made lots of stuff. I made (well actually me and my mom) made brown earrings that looked like hamster terds, and some that were white squares. We made some flower ones earrings and a flower bracelet to go with it. Also a pink bracelet with silver thingies. Last of all fishie earrings and a fishie bracelet and a fishie necklace!!!!!!!!!!!
